Welcome to Tres Mink de Shailesh Mistry. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our Salon services, Beauty Academy, and E-commerce store. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1.1. The terms “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Tres Mink de Shailesh Mistry. 1.2. These terms apply to all clients, students, and customers using our salon, academy, and e-commerce services. 1.3. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with updates posted on our official website.

2.1. Appointments & Cancellations

• Clients must book appointments in advance through our website, phone, or in-person.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may lead to cancellation or rescheduling based on availability.

2.2. Payments & Refunds

• Full payment is required at the time of service.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods.
• No refunds will be issued for completed services, but adjustments may be offered if reported within 24 hours.

2.3. Health & Safety

• Clients must disclose any allergies or medical conditions before services.
• Tres Mink reserves the right to refuse services if a client is deemed unfit for treatment due to health concerns.

3.1. Course Enrollment & Fees

• Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit.
• All course fees must be paid before the commencement of the course.
• Fees are non-refundable, except in cases of course cancellation by Tres Mink.

3.2. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain professionalism and adhere to academy policies.
• Tres Mink reserves the right to expel students for misconduct or failure to meet attendance requirements.

3.3. Certification & Internship

• Certification is awarded only upon successful completion of the course and assessments.
• Internships and placements are subject to availability and student performance.

4.1. Product Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
• We accept online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

4.2. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
• Delivery times vary based on location, and we are not responsible for delays due to third-party courier services.

4.3. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
• Refunds will be processed after inspection and may take 5-7 business days.
• Certain items, such as hair extensions and beauty products, are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

5.1. Service Results

• Results may vary based on individual conditions, hair/skin type, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
• We are not liable for adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies or medical conditions.

5.2. Damage & Theft

• Tres Mink is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Any damage caused by a client to property, equipment, or staff may result in compensation claims.

5.3. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for delays or service disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures).

6.1. All content, including logos, images, and course materials, is the property of Tres Mink and cannot be used without permission. 6.2. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of academy materials is strictly prohibited.

7.1. We collect personal information only for booking, enrollment, and order processing purposes. 7.2. We do not share or sell personal data to third parties. 7.3. Online transactions are secured with encryption to protect payment details.

8.1. These terms are governed by the laws of India. 8.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in Pune, Maharashtra.
